Who we are
This website is operated by NYUCO Lifestyle, Sanyal Nagar, Nagpur 440026, Maharashtra, India. We decide how the personal details described here are used. Questions about them go to nyuco.official@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you check out: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- If you leave checkout without ordering: the email address you entered, and what is in your bag.
- If you ask to be told when something is back in stock: your email address.
- If you write a review: the review, your star rating and the name you choose to show.
- If you contact us: whatever you tell us.
How we use it
To take and deliver your order, take payment, give you updates, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, keep accounts as the law requires, and keep the shop secure.
- Order emails: confirmation, shipping updates, and cancellation or return updates.
- One reminder if you leave an unfinished bag after entering your email (we send it once, and only within a few days).
- One request to review your order about a week after it is delivered.
- One email for each “tell me when it is back” request, when the item returns.
Reviews
Reviews are checked before they appear. A published review shows your rating, your words, the date and the name you chose (by default your first name and the initial of your last name). We may decline to publish a review, and you can ask us to remove yours.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Cashfree. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
On your device
Your bag, order history, wishlist and PIN code are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share details only with the services needed to run your order: our payment provider, the couriers who deliver your parcel, and the email and hosting services that run this website. They may use it only for those purposes.
How long we keep it
Unfinished bags are deleted after about 30 days. Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support you and to meet accounting and tax requirements. Other details are kept only as long as they are useful for the reasons above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows, and you can withdraw consent for emails that are not about an order you placed. We act on these requests within a reasonable time.
