Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Open your order from the link in your email and choose “Cancel order”, or contact us.

Refunds
If you paid online and cancel before dispatch, the full amount goes back to the original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 banking days.
Once a returned item has been received and checked, refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 banking days.
For cash on delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
