14-day returns
We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of items
Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
How to request a return or exchange
Open your order from the link in your confirmation or shipping email (or look it up on the Track your order page). Once the order shows as delivered, choose “Start a return”, pick the items and tell us what is wrong.

What happens next
We review each request and email you within 1 to 2 business days. If it is approved, we tell you how and where to send the items back. Please keep them unused, with tags, until you hear from us.
We let you know by email as your request moves along: approved, items received, and refunded.
